    You can also get keylocks that will act as switches, some barrel locks allow you to wire switches to them so when you turn the key your PC turns on.

    thanks 4 ur post spawn-inc. i would also like to add sone LED's as hard drive activity lights.
    Can i just connect them to the +HD- connection? do i need resistors or anything like that? And how many can i add to it?

    I don't think you need resisters for something like that, you just attach it to the existing wire.

    AFAIK you can only add 1 led for the hdd lights, and you don't need a resistor its done for you. its all direct replacements. i have changed out the led's to blue on my power led, floppy disk drive(<--link to changing my floppy drive led), and dvd burner. i changed the hdd light to ultra violet as i didn't want it blue as well.
