    Default Any help appreciated

    Hi Guys,

First seen as this is my first post of the year i wish you all a very happy new year and good mods for the year 2008!

Now back on subject, i need help to find a case, its quite an old design but i like it alot and want to put a media pc into it, but do you think that for the life of me i can find one on the web, but the problem ive got is i haven't got a clue what its called. And this is where i was hoping that you guys could help, its an old cube case that is mostly brushed aly but has a hi fi styled front panel with an lcd in it which was all outlined in orange, i think it also had a volume style nob on the front. I think it had a form of hi fi function on the front that was usable without having to boot the machine up??

can anyone help?? anything would be appreciated because my head is hurting now lol!

    Cheers Peeps'

It wasnt a Mozart was it? I seem to recall them having a similar design to what you are describing. I'll see if I can find a link.

*EDIT* I was WAY off.. heres a couple others though..

sorry for the long off reply guys and thank you for your feed back, i managed to find it doing an image search on yahoo, turned out to be the MSI MEGA range. I just really like the idea and whole concept of them, not having to turn the pc on to use the rom drive to listen to music, or to use the built in radio function, and most functions accessible using the included remote control. Problem is price, ive just brought a athlon x2 4000 and mobo bundle and wanted to keep size to a minimum so its portable but as much functionality as possible as when me and misus get our own place it'll be the all-in-one media unit in the living room. havin brought my board bundle,4gb of ram and a pci-e X1650 512mb ati Radeon, its down to the case, ive got everything else in my other machine.

the case i was thinking about -

    any ideas?

    cheers guys!

It looks like the biggest motherboard you can get into that case would be of the mini-ITX variety. If you want to go AMD, this board would work but it uses laptop SODIMM memory.
