At this rate, it might be worth me waiting for this card instead of the 8800GT (It's almost impossible to get the 8800GT unless you want to pay a s***load for it (Around $500 or so... for a $350 card).

thanks for the update, crenn or anyone else who is closely following the revamped 8800 gts, can you guys pm me when it become buy-able? Cause i still need to try and swap out my perfectly fine and new 8800 gts 640 for the new model <.< (30 days left till my step-up ends)

New GTS should be coming out on December 11th. I honestly don't care about release dates, I just want performance comparisons between the GT, GTS and GTX.

yup, when i get the cash i want to know which is the best performance, then depending on price i will grab the best one or look for a cheaper model.

though i guess it would make sense to get 2 cards since my board i meant for sli...

I am running a single GTX on my board with the hope that the new GTS may drop the price on the GTX so I can get a new PSU and a second GTX for SLI.

Second, nice numbers! The 8800GTS is lookin nice! Now I'm really conflicted:
I was going to just get two HD3870s and crossfire them. The thing is though I love anti-aliasing. Do you think it would be worth it to spend the extra for the card and then eventually get a new mobo (and 2nd card and do SLI)? (Run-on sentence!)
