Alternative to alt-tab?

well, i have 3 monitors, and sometimes ingame, if i get a MSN msg or something i have to minimize, its quite annoying so im wondering if there is a program that allows me to interact with my "desktop" on that monitor without alt-tabbing and minimizing my game, im aware i can run it windowed but that kinda failes at life... another possibility would be to somehow force that window to stay fullscreen and maximized even if i go over to the other monitor and click???

What game are you talking about here? And in one of your pics did I spy a G15 keyboard? Let me know more, I think I have an idea

oops, thought it said 2009, not 2008 anyway, I remember seeing an applet for the G15 to work with trillian where it shows IMs on the LCD. All you have to do is hit one of the keys by the LCD then when you type it goes straight to the LCD and you don't have to alt tab.

I just wish i could find a good ingame MSN/AIM/IRC hybrid...

or just IRC. (have tried gamepe, crashes TF2..)

Seriously, was it part of the joke to hijack? lol

I know it's a year old but you can try windows+t, it's not really an alt tab but can sorta work the same way if you hit it then hit space to pull up.
