    Default F/S - Modded 1.0 Xbox with 40gig hd.

This box is hardmodded with an x-lite. It boots x-os by default but also has the m8bios installed "hold yellow button while booting" This box is also softmodded, which means , all your backups are playable with the chip disabled.

    It's a sweet machine..

    200 shipped.

tempting... why are you selling it?
And would you take an old x-box for trade and some cash?
Also can you disable the mod for X-box live?

Heya! Just saw your reply. I am selling it because I have too many boxes kicking around. I would trade for a "working" old box and some cash , but It would only be to mod it and resell it. If you want to disable it for live I can stock the HD and you'd be all set. Switch it on for non live and off for live , the LEDs let you know whether it's on or not so you can't accidentially go on live with the chip on etc..

If you aren't worried about live at all , you could send me your box and I could mod it for you , with whatever you want (new hdd etc) and send it back , Depending on what you want the price would definately work out better for you than buying this box.

You had me interested until that.
I've burned through 2 xboxes with the Thompson drive. M$ knew there was an issue, but never recalled unsold units. Bastards!!!
