, no problem man.

Now, I can't figure out my wired connection. It was supposed to find it automatically...but it didn't. I don't know which hardware to choose or how to set it up.

Did you actually get a distro installed? Which one?

This is pretty cool. I had a question:
If you were to connect your PS3 to a computer monitor would get a higher resolution than the one in the video?

Probably. Or, an HDTV would do the same.
Like SgtM said, Sony scored some major points with me for allowing, and encouraging this. It's like a waay better version of XNA when you think about it (XNA being M$'s game development toolkit for Windows and 360). XNA requires you to have Visual C# Express or Studio installed, on an XP or Vista machine, but by allowing users to install Linux on a PS3, devs can develop and run games straight from one machine. Game development is the real reason they're doing this too (look at the epic fail that the PS2 Linux Dev Kit had, and look at the success of PS3 Linux) so Sony really has something great here. It's promoting creativity, game development, OSS, and it's making them money. Whoever thought of this should be given a medal.

I think this is really cool, but if i couldn't push at least 1024 x 768 I wouldn't bother. But if it's like Mal. said and it would work w/ my monitors resolution then i would love to do this. I guess it really doesn't matter since i'll probably never have a PS3 lol. Anyway awesome idea, I really wish they would let us use the graphics though. I really doubt home brew gaming would cut in to their sales all that much.
