Default ATX Server case (Possible build?)

I found this cool-looking server case on Craigslist, posted at $75. I noticed it was at $100 earlier, maybe he'll take $50-$60 for it.

It has 14- 5.25" bays, and 1-3.5". Two 80mm fans on the back and a slot for an ATX motherboard. I think there may be another slot for an ATX board, but I can't tell from the pics. It doesn't seem to have a brand name either.

I was thinking a Huge side-window made out of Lexan/Plexi. And some Cathodes in the front on the sides. Should I buy it?

you could fit a 480mm rad in the front of that thing and have space left over...
