Anyone willing to do this mod?
I am thinking 3 or more motherboards in a standard case.
This is not a cluster, but each motherboard, will act as a seperate computer, ie, its own hd, video card, lan, memory and etc.
Everything must be functional.

Unless you are talking micro boards I don't think it's going to fit in a standard case, and it's going to overheat real fast. But you could fit them in a larger, more cuboid case.

if you used pico-itx boards you could fit like 10 in a mid atx case. Allthough without seprate monitors and input devices, they wouldnt start up. The mess of wires would be unbearable and confusing to say the least. You'd have more of a problem with larger boards.
Besides, if you have a desk space big enough to hold 3 monitors and 3 keyboards, you shouldnt worry about craming that much hardware into a standard case.
could be doable with shuttle motherboard, mini-itx boards, something like that. might be a good idea to put a kvm switch inside...hmm...
