I read about this this morning. I wonder if businesses are just turning lights off or if they're turning off anything mission critical also.

And by mission critical, I mean the computers, the refrigeration units, the freezer units, the A/C, the heat, etc etc etc.

I did, even unplugged my compy, I read for a bit then took a nap, woke up feeling terrible because the kids next door didn't participate and were blasting music, vibrations when I sleep really screw me up.

Seriously. I was moving house... Too distracted to go to San Fransisco and set up a ton of halogens.

I love how the website is all like "Never have so many people pushed for one common goal." and I'm sitting here thinking: "Everybody important is just kinda looking at this like "wtf?""

thats a bit strange with google because some screens (Naimly Plasma's) use more energy to produce black than it is to produce white, also some cheaper LCD's need more power also

Mary had a little lamb. It bumped into a pylon. Ten thousand volts went up its arse and turned its wool to nylon!
