new case can't get fans/LEDs to start

i recently purchased a rosewill case the R114a and i want to see the LEDS and fans light up, i dont have my motherboard purchased and the time i was wondering if some 1 could give me instructions or a link on how to hook this up and get it to work

if you have the PSU allready you can get a metal paperclip or other piece of wire thats about the same thickness

first making sure the PSU isnt plugged in and that its off
then push the paper clip into the socket for the green wire on the 20 pin molex then push the other end in to any black wire on the 20 pin molex this will trigger the PSU to turn on when you plug it in and send power to the 4 pin molex connectors that you allready have atached to the fans LED's etc. make sure to unplug and turn off the PSU befor you touch the paper clip.
