i would lose my mind drilling all of them...
if you have a stand alone drill, or more powerfull hand drill in would suggested you to try and cut them three or four at the same time.

They'll be 100% the same, without any hard sanding!

lol i cant do more than one at a time i just use a sheet of acrylic and i have to remove it from the holesaw after every one! lol and there isnt much sanding

And on with the next update...

I first took out my fourth sheet of 2'x4' alu and marked out the alu i would need for my girlfriends case im starting very soon so i dont run out.

i then cut out 2 sections bigenough for the front and backs of the pump/res housing.

i then moved on to mounting the dvd housing onto the supports.

and done

thats all for today i have started on some of the supports for other sections aswell so will post something up on monday cant mod tomorrow my girlfriend has a day off and i am also picking up my first car!!!!
