    well guys i just had a quick mock up and this thing is huge!!!!

    dimensions are as follows about 90cm wide x about 50cm high and about the same deep!!!

    Hey guys,

    Sorry I didnt get round to updating last night I ended up staying round a mates house! lol.

    So here is last nights update...

    I started the day off by bending the second section of the rad housing.


    I then did a quick mock up of the overall layout seeing as i have bent all the modules now!



    I then got to work on the dvd drive housing and cut a hole for the cables
    and riveted the bottom to the rest of the housing.


    I then cut the ends


    And unfortunately thats all I got time for and I dont have much time today to do much so ill just post what little I do tonight.

    cutting the hole for the I/O pannel thing i feel your pain

    2 when cutting acrilic if you hold it firmly to a scrap piece of wood it shouldnt chip

    and 3 nice work keep it up

    thanks for the tip but with the io panel it was relatively easy just using a drill and then my scroll saw

    .... i need a scroll saw so bad... used a 9124953209" grinder lol it was like 10 times the size it needed to be

    With plexi tape up the area you are cutting, less chips, also take it slow.An awesome mod so far, can't wait to see it done.

    yea forgot that bit lol yea and if ya tape it up and hold it to the bench will work really well
