Im FIRING MAH LAZORS lol nice
ROFL !!!
The drill will come in one of the "hand's" of the scorpion, on the other "hand" I am making some kind of circular Saw.
Let me show you what my idea behind the case + the lasers is.
The laser in the tail shines an X distance in front of the case.
íf I mount the second laser underneath the toppanel, I want it to shine in exactly the same spot as the tail laser.
Seen from above, you can see that I've designed the case with a "focal point" for the physical dimensions of the case.
My idea is to get those two points/spots (laserspot and the physical focal point) really at onto each other. I am working to get my case that way.
Double the power, nice idea.

There is no 'ctrl' button on Chuck Norris's computer. Chuck Norris is always in control.
An overview of the whole PC and the PSU in it. Here all the wires are wayyyyy to long, so I cut them to size and meshed them with green UV mesh.
Been busy with the square tubing for both arms.
Just playing with the various parts to get a better feel about the dimensions.
Some idea for the left arm.
and some fantasy about the right arm.
(If you payed attention, you would have noticed the shoulder pieces of my Wall-E mod )
I toke some parts of the arms under the lathe and made some 1.5 mm cuttings in them.
From the circuitboard I made the counterparts for those three cuttings.
Here is one of those parts with the circuitboard.
Fits like a glove.
And the other ones too, looks pretty cool I think.
For the slice-and-dice arm, I cut a slot in it of just 2 mm wide.
Made thread in the tube that fits right in with M2 thread.
And ofcourse a M2 screw.
Retracted....
...and now extended.
View from the other side, maybe later i'll try a small motor drive.
Like it so far ?
I fastened the slot-in DVD player with velcro. Dont see that everyday right?
Layed the IDE cable as tight as possible on the mobo. Also made new cables for the CCF and the DVD, this time designed them to fit snug, and ofc meshed it all.
This time I wanted a sort-of shield over the mobo, made from mesh. First a test with plain paper.
Then in AC-Ryan mesh.
Spraypainted with green UV.
And fitted.
And another piece over the DVD player.
With an UV lamp, it lights up very nice.

Apologies for the long delay in updating guys. I was very busy with the second round of the modding competition of BouwEenPc. It payed of, since I won first place with my Command & Conquer PSU mod.
What can I say...WOW.
I love you you have made the arms extendable and inlayed the circuit boards. Mesh cover looks fantastic, especially with the UV paint. Is that paint out of a rattle can or is it the AC Ryan paint?
Good luck with the cable management and congratz on a fantastic job so far.
