Re: Project: Sting
Apologies for such late reply, I am currently very busy with a casemod for a competition here in Holland.
Still, I have found a little time in between, to do s very small update. I fastened the arms to the chassis with rivets.
Here they will be fastened.
Now a on-off switch and a reset switch.
With polystyreen I made a small subframe to prevent the knob of sticking out too much.
And this one for the on-off switch, this one is allowed to stick a bit more out.
Fastened with construction-glue.
View from the rear.
Here you see the reset which is below the surface.
again apologies for my late reply, If you want, I can post the worklog of the new casemod ( Command & Conquer GDI Construction Yard building ) also here on TBCS.

Re: Project: Sting
Cut up a lot of wires and meshed them.
Mounted switches for all motors, leds and laser.
In close-up.
Unfortunatly I made a mistake.....
This triangle piece was planned to cover the switches, but the outer most switch is now in its way and has to be moved.
Ok, so I drilled another hole and now its all ok again.
