Bringing new life in my Suzuki

Long story cut short: i bought a second hand Suzuki Katana 49cc scooter, it was nice for while but i got bored with it pretty soon, so i started to fool around with it overbore it a few times and stuff, blew the engine two time(you should have been there lol) and decided this has to end now !
But could not decide how i was going to do that.....and then from no where a work mate crashed his Peugeot Elystar, wreaked the front end completely, but the back end was intact.
So it was a no brainer to snatch it quickly...

So here i am with a nice Suzuki but with no engine and a great peugeot engine with no frame

NOW I ASK THE MODDING GODS FOR HELP !!!

there are two things i need help/advice with:
*advice part:

I need to find the most easiest and strongest way to extend the mounting points for the coil-overs.
The suzuki frame had only one coil-over
The peugeot engine is designed to run with two Coil-overs, but because it hangs further out i can't get the coil-overs to the transverse frame beam on which is the standard mounting point.
I'm opened to ideas on this

*help part:

the suzuki motor was 2stroke air cooled, the peugeot is 4stroke water cooled, so there is no way i can start it with the 2stroke CDi (i must add that i got the peugeot with no CDi it got lost in the crash lets say it was in wrong place at wrong time lol)
So the task is to strap a china or other 4stroke single cylinder carb'ed, CDi to my engine.... but i am a bit out of my league here

im not a tech boffin when it comes to mopends, but couldn't you go to a scrap yeard and try to obtain a CDi from there? would be easier.

but also im not sure about where you from, and if you have a form of MOT, but make sure you bike will be road legial, wouldn't want you to get in trouble!

It would of been helpful if the pics pointed out key points, such as existing mounting locations etc. Now that being said, for the work you have, why not customize the thing? Is there anything left of the old frame?

It might be easier to get the two welded together. That way you'll have all the physical mounts in the right place.

As for the cdi, try some motorcycle wrecking yards? Otherwise cash and google are your best friends.

i could probably do that but the Peugeot CDi has a immobilizer in it and i really don't want to get into that, and also it has a lot of other stuff like digital display, stuff i don't need

i am lucky on this, there is no MOT in romania for mopeds lol, moped with 49cc engine that is, but i'll just keep it to myself in front of the officer

i did tinker a bit with the idea pointed above... BUT the suzuki frame is very well built and the peugeot frame is out of true, its twisted all the way to the back its obvious but after a closer look... its there lol

and there is one more thing, because of the legal issues, it has to be a sleeper
