Ariel Atom. The good one has a Honda Civic Type-R engine in it. The RS-version has a 500hp motorcycle-based V8 in it. In a car that weighs 1005lbs. That's ~1000hp/tonne. Suck it, Enzo Ferarri. =D

Oh, and it's street legal.
