Thread: Looking for a Good Mousepad

Default Looking for a Good Mousepad

I want a good quality mousepad that will work well for both gaming and graphic work. Due to budget constraints I don't really want to spend over $20 or so. I also would like a big pad, I have no real size constraints. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well I have a couple pads and at this point i am using the QCK+ steel pad. It is pretty big but because i am limited in space i could shove it under my monitor a bit and it has a great surface. I also have the ricochet and teh surfaces work well but a bit noisy to me. The thermaltake gama pad has a very nice surface but depends on how and height and such of the position of where you r are mousing from. It worked well for me since my desk has a lip so was raised abit but mightbe uncomfortable on a flat surface. I think it is my favourite surface todate. i also have an old xide pad which is same thing as gama but an older surface and the edges where a bit sharp. It lit up but only one colour where the TT lights up a bunch of colours.

In the past i have used one of those cheap skinny ibm pads which workled well but I gamed the hell out of it .

As for teh pad i am using now that i mentioned earlier it is easy to clean to with a lint brush.

Can't say enough good things about the fUNC. I've had mine over a year. It is awsome for FPS. Pcik up their liquid to add longevity tho. It's like an extra $9, but it definitely works.

hmm finally something down my alley gaming.
When you game 24/7 and lan more than you do eat. You know what is good and what is bad. Ive used basically all the mouse pads and mice. Out of mouse pads it comes down to exactly what all the pro-teams use. SteelPad or Icemat. I have a steelpad, Steel Pad S&S. A Steel Pad or Icemat is your best choice my friend.

By the way can I ask what mouse you are using ive also used all the mx series and razer mice. What mouse are you packing?
