I was doing some googling and came across DragonPlate, who has pre-made carbon fiber sheets, tubes, rods, square tubes, gussets, strips, veneer, etc. looks like nice stuff. Also available are bonded fasteners to attatch to carbon (maybe acrylic as well ). They also offer a CNC service to custom cut your design in carbon I added it to the suppliers Wiki already

not all carbon though, lots of Alu in it. I'd like to see one thats 100%, drive mounts, frame, panels, etc
