Any chance you have an overarching password you may have used for an administrator account?
Since it is Windows 2000, there is actually a way to bypass the login screen by following the precious few links at the login screen. Depending on your version, that hole may have been patched, and I am at a lost to find the original article and tutorial.
Otherwise, simply Google "forgot username and password windows 2000" and follow any of the results. I wont post any methods on here for fear of someone saying haxxorz.

You need Emergency Boot CD. This is what I did exactly and I have used it many times.

Knoppix STD can clear the passwords.
Google "knoppix reset windows password" and you will get complete instructions.
I just tried using something called ohpcrack, and it did not completely work. The method of just clearing the passwords with Knoppix will definitely work.
