Default So, I bought me a Dremel

Well, not an original one. It was on offer at Focus for £10.

Got it home, tried it, dead.

So today I took it back for an exchange. I almost went for a refund so I could go elsewhere and buy a better one, but I changed my mind again.

Then I suggested to the sales girl that as an act of goodwill, they could also give me the 60 piece accessory pack from the dead one.

    Surprisingly they agreed.

Good deal! It's surprising what stores will do to make up for a bad experience when you ask them.

indeed, never hurts to ask. the worst that will happen is they say no. you wont lose anything by asking
