Wanted: Scrap piece of 1/2"+ acrylic.

As long as its 1/2" thick or larger and 2"x2" or so I am good. I just want it to test something on the reprap build. I would have to buy a whole sheet if I got it locally

Hope that helps. Cost is about 77USD. Don't know if you can find it cheaper. They also have many other thicknesses as well as a 2'x4' option or a sample option that is 4"x4".

I have a couple of Tap Plastic stores by me and when I need something small, I just show up and go through their scrap bin. I picked up a 4"x8"x1/2" piece for less than $3.00.

Yea, their scrap bin is great prices on the quick. I got my window for one of my old cases there.
