a 4870x2 would be better if its in your price range

That memory is not compatible with the motherboard you linked to. You must run 1.5v memory in Intel built boards, they don't say this anywhere but the in technical documentation (see page 15 of the "DX58SO Technical Product Specification [PDF]") on their website. Unless you already have the intel board, I'd go with something by Asus or Gigabyte. While I have all intel boards (I get them for very cheap), they are fussy about what memory you can stick in them.
What CPU are you going with, the 920 I assume?
