My College Project

So while i've been away i did many, many projects, all of which ill hopefully put together on a site eventually as a portfolio along with personal stuff.

But this is what took me through with flying colours.

For those of you wondering whats what.

Poster, mainly Photoshop. Hand written font, albeit not the most legible, it wasn't supposed to be, the idea was originally based around ancient prophecies depicting the end of the world, people's handwriting back then. Not legible :p

Game Case - Photoshop and 3D.

The 3D - Unreal Engine (UT3) Editor. Majority of the models are stock assets from UT3, some small bits modeled with 3DSM.
The level is also 100% playable with UT3 (DM-Restrict) and was released for that along with being part of Epic's Make Something Unreal contest. (Phase 3) It and my other levels can be downloaded from - http://cr4zyb4st4rd.youtea.de/ - If you have UT3 ofcourse.

The Video - Fraps capture from ingame, combined with several 'borrowed' youtube videos. Plus After Effects for the video editing
Soundtrack - Bunch of sound clips composed together within Sony Vegas.

The Magazine - Photoshop for images etc, Magazine in InDesign.

Overall this project scored a Distinction, not bad considering out of the 6 weeks i had, i only worked for 2 1/2 of them..

Oh and no, it's not coming in September 09

I would be careful with using the VALVE and ESRB logos without permission.

It was a college project, not making me any money, game isn't going to be released.

If they have a problem with it they can let me know. But the amount of stuff out there that makes use of such thins in mock ups i doubt it.

The "basement" is beautifully done...

But, sorry for asking, what is the title?... Instinct... I had to go to the website to find out... and even when I know it, I have trouble recognizing it... Misttict I read

from my experience (12y graphic design) it is important to read a title w/o questioning...

Agreed it was more legible before the effects. If i had more time, i probably would have edited it, but last minute stuff ftw.
