Ducting to the outside window might be a problem due to moisture.
What about reversing all the fans to blow out, and then adding the big side fan to blow in?

Have you considered getting an air conditioner for your room? Even you personally could benefit from that. :p
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.
If I can fit one in, I'm getting one of these:

You may need to replace the graphics card fans. Or add thermal paste.
If you haven't cleaned them out for any extended period of time. .
There could be a collection of dust that is preventing them from doing there job.
I would recommend installing a fan on the south bridge of the mobo.
You could also cut a hole in the side panel about the height of the graphics cards. .
and Install a 120mm fan on the side there. That keep it from crashing and BSOD.
One 4.5” hole saw or Dremel is required to cut the hole for a 120mm fan.
You could use a Jigsaw, but that requires a little extra effort.
All graphics cards were brand new 2 months ago, # 4 fitted today doesn't even have a fan.
And I know what's required to cut the hole in the side! No offence, but your replies have been quite patronising. My questions have basically been asking for ideas of how to get an extra ~100cfm of effective throughflow, not 'i'm a total idiot with a computer full of dust'.
