Question Need a skin like coating for my mod

I'm working on a life sized anime character PC case, mostly made out of polystyrene. Once I'm happy with a shape though, I wonder if anyone has any ideas of what sort of coating I could put on it for a skin look? I've seen examples of people just painting onto polystyrene or clay and it looks much too fake and it can crack.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks so much!

Liquid latex with some texture added during the drying process might work.

A second for liquid latex. Used by model makers everywhere...
