Default Audio Guru's, get in here!

I'm looking for people with knowledge or expertise in designing, calculating, and building passive crossovers for speaker systems.

What i need is a 3 way crossover which will bandpass the woofer (cut it off around 50 hz, making it a low-mid driver), give midrange to a second driver, and then finally a tweeter which will receive nothing lower than 3khz.

All drivers are 4 ohms (this will be confirmed later), and the final impedance should be around the same. This crossover must be capable of handling up to 15 watts of power. (Lol.. not much).

The smaller the foot print the better, and the simpler the better.

    Anyone?

I suppose I *could* run the mid and tweet in series with a bass blocker, then parallel the woofer to get around 6ohms total load.. I'll have to think on this.

Wow.. I haven't done anything like this for 20 years. I had some software I used but I can not remember the name of it. I mostly dealt with 2 way crossovers since I was primarily designing around the Automotive world.

Also what kind of slope or order are you wanting to go with.. 12db/octave, 18db/octave, or 24? I will see if I can find the software or something similar.

12 would be fine.. not looking for audiophile quality here, plus I know it wont be super precise anyways.
