I've got a set of new water-cooling stuff coming, and I'd like to flush the radiator prior to installing it in my system. Can anyone recommend a good product or solution to use for this?

“Do not trust people like me. I will take you to museums, and parks, and monuments, and kiss you in every beautiful place, so that you can never go back to them without tasting me like blood in your mouth. I will destroy you in the most beautiful way possible, and when I leave you will finally understand why storms are named after people.”
Boiling distilled water. Read my article on why you don't use vinegar.
If it is a Black Ice, you can use radiator flush (the solder flux isn't always water-soluble.)
Damn, thanks for the quick reply!
It is in fact a Black Ice radiator. Automotive radiator flush, eh? I have a fountain pump and I have my shiny new water-cooling pump, would it matter which I used?

Just pour it in and shake it.
