TBH, I'm not using any add-ons at all. I'm running the stock theme on the latest version, and am loving the TV/Movie/Music scraping abilities.

I'm in the same boat as Luke. I've changed the pictures of the menu, and linked directly to TV and Movies separately, but no outside mods.

I run a pretty much stock setup as well, except.. I changed to the Transparency! theme, and I am loving it. I have the Revision3 plugin loaded and use it quite a bit for watching FilmRiot, Scam School, Techzilla, and Hak5. The Apple Movie Trailer plugin is pretty nice, but I find it a bit buggy at times, and I think its part of the default load. Externally I use the Team Blackbolt Virtual Remote program on my computer to control it since I haven't gotten around to getting me a proper MC remote.
I'm with Luke on the whole scraping abilities.. VERY nice!
