    Default Diluzio91's Bod Mod

So im going to join in on the bod mod... I used to be a cross country runner. I stopped running at the end of my senior year, so about late november of 2008. Since then i've gone from 190lbs to about 240-245. I went to my doctor and he said i have a low functioning thyroid... not enough to be put on medication, but enough to make staying in good shape rather hard. My goal is to go from my current weight, down to about 200 lbs. I plan on doing this the old fashioned way, swapping out 2 meals a day for more healthy rabbit food ish fare, and starting to run again (now that its a lovely 40*F here in wisconsin). I figure that this will give me me the motivation to keep up with it. so without further adu, here are the oblagatory before and current pictures.

    Before: Senior Year Pics

Current: The highly embarrassing motivation Photos

Wow... looking at the difference is kind of a shock for me...so starting tomorrow i will be eating oatmeal for breakfast, a larger meal for lunch, and a salad (no dressing) for dinners. I will also start running, and doing pushups and crunches.

Im one of the lucky ones for two reasons though. 1) my doctor caught the gland thing before i did any perminant damage, and 2) im still at the point where i should be easily able to come back from the brink i was at.

    wish me luck!

Good luck man! I just finished my third day of P90X. The thing with computer modding is that when we are modding we are moving, standing, doing stuff. But the problem with computer modding is that once we are done with the mod we want to play with the computers we've built, which burns almost nothing.

Again, good luck! Post what you eat so you can stay on track!

So an update after the weekend. I didnt really get any heavy workouts done, mainly because my girlfriend came down to visit for the weekend. The food stayed mostly wholesome, we went out for BW3's for dinner one night tho... Stayed with my push ups and situps. Thats about it. ill be back on track after midterms end this week.
