Sleeving Kits

I'm not new to building PC's but have never modded a case before. I wanted to start with something basic like sleeving. Can anyone suggest were to get a kit from? Can you buy only one color at a time? What other tools do I need?

you can go to a site like Performance-PCs, and get any length of any size in any color you need, instead of buying an entire kit in one color
