Arduino Birthday Present Question

Hehe. I don't specifically have a question, but wanted to show you guys the Arduino and kit I got for my coming birthday.

All wired up for 20x4 LCD. This will be running in my next mod, though obviously in a smaller and more discrete package.

3LB bag of Components from Jameco. All of it useful?

Spread out.

And partially organized.

It was fun to go through, but I won't be getting it again. They filled most of the weight with those large black squares. Haven't bothered to check what they are as I have no use for something that large. I've got some closer up pictures of the individual piles in case anyone wants to have a better look at what was included.

Nice. Yea the grab bags are usually filled with junk. Radio shack has a nice resistor assortment for $10 and I usually buy the other stuff I need in quantity from electronic goldmine.

Awesome on getting the lcd up and running.

I see relays, resistors of different power ratings, capacitors, connectors, crystals and some voltage regulators. Got a bigger picture of that last shot?
