    Default startup

    I disabled all programs and services from starting up in hopes of finding what was slowing the startup. What's an easy way to enable them all?

    What did you use to disable them? A separate program or just straight msconfig?
    That we enjoy great advantages from the inventions of others, we should be glad of an opportunity to serve others by any invention of ours, and this we should do freely and generously.

    msconfig. But I found out by running msconfig I can reverse what I did.
