    tiger direct has a 24 inch monitor (1080P) for 160, it was 180 with shipping... im using it as we speak

    nice find. lol... i think i got a good deal for 160 on that guy... but i LOVE asus monitors, i have 2 at the moment, and ive never seen better image quality on a monitor in their price range.

    Personally I don't like the large lower bezel, but for $30 less than their 24" with thin bezels all the way around, if I only had on of them it might be ok.

    There's also this 21.5". LED backlit and 1920x1080 for $170. Or this one, similar specs but with the thick lower bezel for $155.

    well problem solved. picked up an HP S2331 today, the Samsung now takes the place of my second monitor which was a 17" 4:3, so I don't care that it's only 1440x900. It's for sale as well, if anyone wants a 16:10 monitor
