I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like the company just started up this year? It's definitely new either way. They're probably just waiting for a US License.
I looked everywhere though, and they are definitely not available in the US unless from a crazy obscure retailer. I'd suggest looking towards our over-sea's brethren if you're genuinely interested in this case. Looks like it costs about $160 Euros(?).
It seems that BitFenix was started up by the CM Storm Team, though. Pretty cool.
