I bought the D525MW, and the Scythe Control panel, a stick of 2GB DDR3 SODIMM RAM that is compliant with the Atom Mobo. I also bought a COOLMAX CA-300 300W ATX Power Supply. That will work with the ITX processor though right?

yes. you shouldn't have any problems. the whole system shouldn't pull much more than about 40w at full bore. so your power supply is more than adequate.
