I'm almost certain that they don't exist. Not incredibly hard to make yourself, though? And it would be cheaper, too. You could even get crazy with the design, like do a waterfall reservoir or something.

Danger Den does a five-bay dual D5 reservoir, though it will be in small quantities and be rather expensive (about like two reservoirs and two D5 tops, really) but its performance is amazing.
It would be for aesthetics only. I really just need a plexi box that has the measurements to fill four 5.25 bays.
This is for a distant project.
