The shine will depend on what paint you used, a good buffing wheel(s), the right compounds, and knowing when stop! You can burn the paint or cut through it if you're not careful. Just takes practice I guess.

Post up some pics so we can check it out.

I'll just be painting those back to the black color. The side window is tinted a little dark. I will have some cool lighting inside and a couple tricks will be reviewed further in this build log when I get to that point.

    It will be cool.
Cool. Don't get me wrong, I didn't mean to sound critical. It's coming out killer so far!

The case is now back in my hands. I was really sweating about the shipping from New York.

I took a few pics of my own.

It looks awesome in person. The detail is amazing. It's really bright and eye catching.

I have hardware on order and will start the next phase of modding.

For now here are a few more pics -

The front lower grill area even got a little bling sauce

Then I put the side window back in to check it out

I'll be changing out that fan of course.

I just have to make sure I handle this very carefully so there are no boo boo's. It's way too valuable at this point!

    Wow!

    Awesome!

Thank you so much. This is truly an honor. I promise to deliver a really amazing finished product. Especially now that the pressure is on lol.

My wife is really excited to get such a cool computer. And on the flip side, she'll be good for another 8 years so I can build all the cool stuff I want.

Thanks again for Front Page and to everyone for all the kind words.
