Default Anyone know if The IT Crowd is still in production?

Does anyone know if the IT crowd is still running in the UK? I just finished the fourth series on Netflix and was wondering if I should hold my breath for anything new to ever come out or if the series was done. I found mention of a fifth series on wikipedia but haven't been able to find anything substantial on the internet.

I have seen Jen in alot more mainstream movies as well. Apparently they were going to do an Americanized version on NBC just like they did with The Office, but the Screen Writers Guild strike apparently killed it before it had a chance to air. I am not sure if it would have worked as well, but the one saving graces was that Richard Ayoade (Moss) was going to play in the American one as well.

From what I have read there will be a 5th season, bu that will be the last. With only 6 episodes per season, you would think they could manage it in their spare time.
