Didn't know really where to put this, gotta give some love to the company. I sent off a bad PSU that i bought refurbished, through there online RMA system. During that time i emailed them asking about my receipt since i purchased it through them they told me i wasn't in warranty that it only had a 90 day coverage. Needless to say i was fairly upset because the website 2 years ago told me it was full warranty as if buying new. Low and behold what i thought was going to be my old unit being sent back they gave me a brand new PSU.


Hats off Thermaltake you kept a customer. I will continue to sopprt them with my money in the future
