    Default ideer for my computer.

So after seeing i think it was SXRguyMA's maximum security thread. The fans he was using for his build would fit the bill for the front of a turbine engine.

So my idea is basically this

using those turbine looking fans above inside the front ducts of my computer. with two molded plastic (covered in that vinyl CF film) ducts to focus the airflow directly to the large 120mm fan inside on the floor.

Most of its already done. it'll just involve a jigsaw and maybe some beer because i'm cutting into a vento 3600 chassis.

(old picture, i've got side intake fans now)

heres what it looks like now from the front.

So instead of the red neon, You would see two turbine looking fans!!!

I'm thinking (by looking at your other pictures) that i could saw the majority of the fan cage off so just the blades would show inside the ducts.

you may be able to saw off 2 of the mounts, and have only 2 fan mounts that are hidden from view. the only issue I see with that is vibration and the fact that the fan housing helps direct airflow

Yup i wondered about the airflow myself, but i think the duct around the intake with the fan in the middle would still direct it.

That big fan on the inside sucks a ton of air in and of itself. even with out the side fans it still draws air through the front intakes.

As far as the vibration and wobbling, majorbud said he could get me some aluminum plate that i could VHB mount the rear fan motor housing to.

I think this is actually a do' able project

You will lose considerable airflow as centripetal force throws air out the side instead of forcing it back. It might be a bit more noisy as well since the aerodynamics will be 'off' inside an enclosed space. I'm assuming your case temps are fine as is without 2 additional fans, so you're set to go. Nothing is stopping it from looking awesome though!
    I'll procrastinate tomorrow.

oh maybe i can graft a square'ish shape with a 120mm circle hole for it to sit against the front of the side intakes.

and do it in carbon fiber....yo

That's a good idea. Make up a duct that will fit around the fan housing to keep it nice and tight in there. Oh and unless you've got a fan controller, get the 800RPM ones. the 1800RPM ones I've got are LOUD. But I've got a fan controller, so I'm not worried lol.
