    First one, definitely an ad, and I'd guess physically impossible on a stock car.
    2nd, I know it's a fake, I remember when the makers originally released it including how they did it and the errors in the video.
    3rd, I believe it's real, just a lot of practice would have to occur to make it possible (both slowing down at a uniform rate).

    Not to mention I don't think a Nissan Frontier does 175mph or so.

    More like the Granny car is in Park the whole time and other such stuff like that. Realism isn't possible with a large jet
