Well, what do you guys think of his implementation? Do you think it is the true sixth sense? In the sense that this implementation still requires us to use a practical surface. Or do you believe sixth sense should be used for say holograms? E.g. Ionized particles/air of some sort that generate some sort of solidity, which provide the surface. However this sixth sense still lacks the features of the sixth sense concept. E.g. Saving of a paper into a file.

Also do you think this could replace our smart phones? Power, Speed, seems to pose no problem in production of a "sixth sense" mobile device. But what i am concerned with is due to the object more than likely being in a compact form (think tic tac container I guess) would this be unsuitable for the amount of heat to be generated from "high end sixth sense devices".

Personally I love the idea of sixth sense, and I wouldn't mind at all, it replacing smart phones or computers to a certain extent. It brings mobility of technology to a whole new level.

Don't worry Doped Diamond Processors are right around the corner... We're talking TeraHertz speeds.
