Tech support: To open up Command Prompt, click Start, go to All Programs, Accesories, Command Prompt.
Customer:No, that's for XP. For 7, you just hit the Start button and type in "cmd".
Tech support: Oh, so THAT'S how you run command prompt in 7? OK, to launch command prompt, hit the Start menu, type in "cmd", hit enter.

Had to laugh at this! I do deskside support and the majority of our systems are W7. I don't remember easily where most of the things are in XP when I have to work on those machines because I got used to just typing it in for W7.
