Last week I was given an HP 8125x, as part of the payment for helping someone migrate to a new system.
Q6600, 2gb ram, 320gb hdd.
I have a 20" LCD already, 4gb of ram for it, and a couple of fast/large drives to choose from.
I was planning on keeping it, and using it for myself at home, as I've only got a Mac mini and a dead netbook atm.
However, I got an offer to sell it ($150 CAD just for the tower, as is).. so I'm now unsure about what to do. It's a perfectly usable computer for what I want (recording, net usage), but I might not get the chance to sell it if I wait longer.
I could put the cash towards any number of other projects/toys, or put it towards a newer computer.. but who knows how long that will take to purchase...
I could pick up a decent GPU for it right now, and have a system capable of playing a few older titles for almost nothing.. what to do?
