Default Im putting in a acrylic window and need a little help.

I have already cut the whole out of the side of my case (I just need to grind it a little) and now im on the step where I cut the acrylic. Is there any tips or tricks you guys can tell me because im not really sure how im going to cut it to fit the hole in the side of my case?

Also what would be the best way to fit the acrylic in the hole of the case?

Most people just use a square sheet of acrylic and put it behind their window, they don't fit it into the window, that would be dumb. Just put the acrylic behind your window cut out and attach it with some double sided foam mounting tape. Or screw it in. Or rivet it in. Or bolt it. Or glue it. Your preferance, it is really quite easy.

Oh ok well the reason I said fit it in is because I see a lot of peoples mods and it looks like theirs is held in by rubber lineing. I dont want to screw it in because a lot of times it cracks and my personal opinion that it looks kind of ugly. But the great suggestion for using double sided tape I think will be awsome.

    Thanks tybrenis for the help.

No problem. Yep, people have used molding before. You can do that if you want to, but it is fairly tricky and I personally don't like the look so much. However, if you like it, I'm sure I could find you a tutorial for it..

Well for now ill just try the double sided tape and if it doesnt look that great then I can do it another way.

If I get quite a bit of progress going then ill post up a work log.
