thanks tons! Just keeping some secrets before PDXLAN.

Final G-15 look will be kept until the LAN reveal, final paint look will be kept until the LAN, final external lighting (most elements shown, but not all installed yet), and final internal goodies...I have in progress pics and will post from the LAN itself (100MG connection I hear).

Just keep an eye on it, more will come, text update summaries in the meantime.

lol youre rich... I just spent a lot of money on PC parts for my next mod (shipping to NC cost as much as I paid for it!). But I'm in the trading post looking for parts...

    wowowowow

one question, the fan thats on the memory... did you cut the edging so that the fan blows out the edge onto the memory, or did you just cut it that way so it would fit in place?

one way i was thinking, was like a jet ski, you jsut cover one side of the fan, so that the air has no where to go, and then you cut a hole over the memory sticks, so that cool air is pushed over the sticks.

your mod is so neat and tidy, no screw ups, very nice!

I cut them just so the fans on the radiator will sit properly. This little case will have quite a bit on inward flow:

    2X80mm on the front--both in--25cfm each IIRC
    2X120mm on the radiator--both in--60cfm each IIRC
    = 170cfm intake

    2X80mm on the back--back out-25cfm each
    =50cfm exhaust

120cfm net positive airflow without any PWM settings at all...I will probably tune the 80mm intakes down in RPMs eventually, but I want to see some temps first.

    wow, really appreciated.

I hate making people wait, but I always post right up to the LANs, and sometimes I get the "so cool to see in person" and sometimes I get the "yah, saw that online (passes by)."

This time I will see if I can get a response like "I saw the worklog, but it was never assembled, holy sh--!"
