    Well it has been two years since I built media2, and some changes have been made.

    Upgrades coming next week:

    Liteon 20x DVD+/-RW 12x DVD RAM
    Vista Ultimate 64bit

    The gold dvd drive will be replaced as the media reader with a black floppy/card reader.

    Cool. I take it this will be either an HTPC or a media server (or both)? You could save money and have some fun by painting the faceplates of the mismatched components instead of swapping them out. Will you be posting only final pics or a full worklog (preferred!) in which case this thread can be moved to the Project Worklogs section.

    Its a good psu, but when I upgrade to SLI down the road, I will buy a new psu as this is not an SLI one. I am swapping out the gold drive as I want another dvd burner, and I would like to change out the media reader for a floppy/media reader incase I need to use a floppy for anything

    I should have posted in the work logs area, but I clicked on the wrong one.

    Yeah I know man, But like It can BARLEY run the minumem settings of oblivion. I mean belive me I have the money to make it the top-of-the-line, but the problem is, I am 13. I don't have a credit or debit or anything. If I could order from new-egg, It would be much stronger.

    thought i would let you know razor, that you can go buy a "debit" gift card at the store in $100 ammounts

    or get a visa gift card or something
