    Default Hax-X SilverServer由egenx3

Hi everyone This was my Coppermine D-Top which will be an AM2 system when I'm done.
The Coppermine is going to be another mod for my daughter as soon as im done this one.
Ive been planning this modd for 2 months and have definites as to major details so i decided to start while i do 3d entry for the details.

I need a new name for the project so any suggestions would be appreciated.

    None the less........

I could not find a pic of the original unmodded case but here is a model that has lights on it were mine had nothing in that space.

    Inside the box…
    • A turbine jet styled CPU cooler.
    • A fan cooled RAM cooler on 1 chip w/ passive heat spreaders on the other 2 chips.
    • A rounded IDE cable w/neon green light up cable twisted around it.
    • I did a quick switch to my Vid heat sync and fan.
    • A sound sensitive neon green strobe light.

Other than the chassis paint job ......
Heres some pics of the current 4th life in progress.

Ya so the patch over the dent on the right side panel is going to be cut out and turned into a back side vent.

Will this mod have anything to do with your revolution in case design? Or will your Haxx Revolution have any influence in this mod?

Default at last no more body fill

OK Bondo is BAD for the lungs. I will definitly not be using as much in ANY future mods.

But here's a pic of the built up bondo on the faceplate and a few cuts at it with a dremel and cut off disks.

and when I have ground most of the Bondo off the top of my output

I have just made a make shift paint booth with clear plastik garbage bags in my shed.

At some point im going to build a collapsable table top booth out of plexi with work gloves like a chemist would use.

So my chassis is going to get a new paint job. I did put chrome on it the last time i modded it know im going for a mirror image blue chrome with MANY coats of liquid glass.

You might want to consider investing in a good respirator if you are going to be doing bondo work. The fumes are very dangerous, and so is it's dust. You don't want to mess with that kind of stuff, that's the kind of thing that takes years off of your life. Trust me, I would know - I'm not even 15 yet and I sound like a 50 year old smoker when I cough. I probably have taken a few years off my life just by doing bondo work and spraypainting without a respirator.

Yup Bondo is really bad for you. I have worked in an auto body shop for 3 yr off and on but if your workin with bondo you will probably be painting as well. If your painting you should be needing a paint booth. One with a good filtered air intake and outputs.

If thats the case work on the booth design and get 2 booths goingwork on the bondo from in the secondry booth

the holes in the upper half. cut into the plexi are to duct tape a pairs of industrial gloves to stick your hands in.

    Default Old paint gone

Wow 8 layers of chrome paint and 4 coats liquid glass.

I would have been there for a week with sand paper. Furniture stripper now that will save some time.

    Did it ever.

The old paint had to come off the Chassis for the new Blue Chrome paint to go on.

Liquid furniture stripper worked really well. With paper towel I layered on the stripper and watched it bubble. Use alot it works really well use a little and youll spend the week scrapping anyway.
Whipe the gunk off about 1/2 hour after pouring it on with a paint thinner soaked paper towel and it will come off looking like it was never painted.

tommorow i start painting in my makeshift paint booth.
