    I added the support bar.

I then worked on another bar to hold the new left panel.

    I cut it to fit.

And drilled some holes to rivet the bar to the frame

That looks good. And before you ask, the PSU will not be going here.

And the rivets are in too.

    - The steel knows not why the fire scorches it
    - When thy life is cleft and scorched

I think the constant exclamations of "You're a madman" seem to fit the bill perfectly here.

Always a treat to see what you do with these cases, TGS. Keep it up.

I pulled out the drive bays from the old case

    And shortened it to fit

    Then put it in.

I'm going to hinge the left panel, but first I made it blue

I'll also be shortening the plexi panel too

Just when you think you've figured out TGS, he goes and comes up with something completely and utterly absurd in concept, then turns it into something beautiful and amazing in execution.

We need more people like TGS.

(In other words, "You're a madman!")

I can't argue with you there, so...

I put the hinge on the side.

Here's roughly where [on top] the pwr button will go.

Next comes this shelf I never got around to using

Now on to the plexi. The thin plexi I had cracked, so now I'm using the thicker stuff. For perfect holes, use a HOLE SAW.

    See.

    Then cut to size

    Here's what to later expect.

Something looks off to me dude. If I were you, I'd have put the grill behind the plexi, but then again I'm not you and if I wanted to I could just go on all night long about theoretical outcomes in this world that I have no control over. Otherwise, it's lookin tight so far.
