    Yeah I agree. The blue cage will act as fan grills and belongs on top of the plexi.

    The case is going to be black and blue.

    I cut out the hole for the PSU.



    And painted the bays blue to match

    I will agree that the black looks a bit too flat for the shininess of the blue. this will probably be fixed once it gets clear'd tho.

    The carved it



    And bent it into place



    Then riveted it on.



    I also finished the intake fans.

    Have you thought in some sort of window tint? Maybe is too clear for a front plate (isn't a classic window, really)
